Comprising of three parcels of agricultural land, the holding is situated to the south of the town of Wadebridge in Cornwall. The first and largest parcel is set to the south of Middlewell Parc and Mowhay Meadow and to the west of Trevanion Road and extends to c. 38 acres.
The second parcel of land is set to the opposite (eastern) side of Trevanion Road and extends to c. 10.4 acres. This particular land area formed part of a planning application in 2016 by Redrow Homes (ref. PA16/02955) seeking consent for 190 dwellings (which was refused).
The third parcel of land is set further to the south and to the east and west of Trevanion Road. This parcel extends to c. 26.8 acres.
