Details
The site comprises the remains of a farmhouse and range of
outbuildings, with adjoining hard standing and open space. Situated
on Lowans Hill, the site benefits from long reaching views. Access to
the Site is via the estate road, serving the wider Persimmon
development (see Site plan). A new school is currently being
constructed bordering the site as part of the Brockhill East
development. Upon completion Brockhill East will also provide areas
of adjacent public open space.
