The property comprises a level parcel of brownfield

previously used as a sports ground by the Ministry of
Defence, however more recently the site has been laid to
grass and remains vacant.
The property is bounded to the south and east by St
Athan Golf Club. To the north and west are residential
dwellings. There are established hedgerows to the north,

the east boundary, with views across the adjoining golf
club and agricultural land.
