The existing properties comprise two adjacent 2-storey office buildings known as Building B and Building C.

Building B (also known as 205 Brooklands Road) consists of a detached vacant office extending to approximately 17,350ft2 across ground and first floors. Strip-out works for Building B have commenced in order to accelerate the proposed conversion to residential. In addition, the works have commenced to introduce the second floor level and installation of sky lights into the roof.

Building C (also known as Elder House, 207 Brooklands Road) consists of a detached vacant office extending to approximately 10,971ft2 across ground and first floors. The ground floor comprises of a reception area, office space and access to the upper floors with each floor benefitting from washroom facilities and a passenger lift.
