Land Attic was hugely proud to be nominated as Midlands Proptech company for the 2nd year running!

The key attributes highlighted by the judges was the engagement with communities in providing them a voice in identifying and spotlighting empty and derelict properties.

Linking the community facing app with a business to business platform has seen a huge surge of interest and involvement in empty properties. Companies recognise the significant value chain surrounding an empty property.

This value chain ranges from securing a property, waste removal and repairs; right through to EPC requirements; rates savings; insurance; agency sales and lettings; retrofit opportunities; development planning and architects enhancing value; builders; contractors; trades; self-builds; occupiers and investors ... and everything else in between!

The value of empty property UK wide is currently estimated at £113,000,000,000 (113 billion). This is based off average house prices, the long term empty homes estimation and empty office and other use conversions into residential.

Land Attic now has over 20,000 empty properties on is database constantly updated daily. We now have over 1,000 new submissions every month.
